Dear friends of LFMA,
With the success of the 2022 LFMA Summer Event, we want to thank each one of the participants for turning out in huge numbers.
After a long break it’s great to be back on track with human networking again.
Last year we leveraged more the digital channel and this new environment was a trigger for us to think differently.
This digital world was a big puzzle at the beginning because it was something completely unknown to us, we were not sure how to use new digital tools and most importantly, we didn’t know how members could react.
All in all, our conclusion is that digitalisation is not a simple replacement for the human networking, it represents an important added-value service that we will continue to offer in the future.
With combination of both in person and digital events, LFMA wants to increase the opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing for the Luxembourg financial market participants.

- Vincenzo Dimase, Global Sales Strategy & Execution Director, Trading shared his view on how electronic communications have evolved, how relevant those have become for the financial industry and how to mitigate the relevant operational, conduct and reputational risks.
- Grant Ashby, ESG Solutions Lead – EMEA spoke about the incorporation of ESG into investment processes with a particular focus on FX and money market.
During the session we also covered the key investments made by Refinitiv on the FX ecosystem, with a focus on the new solution Workspace for FX Trading.
